However, a good level of general fitness and a sound physical condition are recommended to tackle the routes safely and fully enjoy the experience.

Between castles and traditions — Aosta → Arnad

Departure from Aosta and entrance into the medieval history of the valley. Castles from Fénis to the Forte di Bard. Cycle paths, secondary roads, and dirt sections among vineyards and villages. Lunch: tasting of Lardo di Arnad at Maison Bertolin. Dinner: typical Aosta cuisine at La Kiuva.

Vineyards, Roman Aosta, and great wines — Arnad → Saint-Pierre

A varied day with culture and taste. Royal Castle of Sarre and the medieval towers of Aosta. Lunch: picnic among the vineyards with tasting from Grosjean Vini. Wine stop: tasting at Les Crêtes. Dinner: gastronomic experience at Maison Anselmet.

Towards Mont Blanc — Saint-Pierre → Pré-Saint-Didier → Aosta
